1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Devits services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all clauses. This applies to all users, whether individual, business, or organization.

2. Service Description

Devits provides SaaS boilerplate templates including code, documentation, and optional support. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free products.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Account security, passwords, and access credentials are the responsibility of the user. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All fees are described on our pricing page. Payments are one-time or recurring depending on your plan. Taxes may apply. Refunds are generally not provided for digital products, except where legally required.

5. License & Intellectual Property

Devits retains all rights, title, and interest in the boilerplates, documentation, and any associated materials. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal use. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

6. Usage Restrictions

Users may not: (i) copy, modify, or distribute the boilerplates outside internal projects; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) use the service for illegal activities. Breaches may lead to account termination and liability.

7. Updates & Modifications

Devits may update the service, boilerplates, or documentation at any time. Users will be notified of changes to these Terms and must accept them in their account to continue usage.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support is provided as described on our website. Devits is not responsible for errors, omissions, or issues arising from incorrect usage or environmental factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Devits excludes liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This applies to B2B and B2C clients.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devits and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service.

11. Data & Privacy

User data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for data integrity and backup. Devits complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

12. Termination

Devits may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, access is revoked but obligations under these Terms survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts in France, or arbitration if agreed upon.

14. Miscellaneous

Force majeure, non-renunciation, and severability clauses apply. Notifications are deemed received when sent to the registered email.
